The book continues the series «The Anthology of Economic Thought in the Far East» and is dedicated to the Amur river expedition in 1910 – the latest comprehensive large-scale research conducted in the Russian Empire, whose aim was to study the natural conditions and resource potential of the route of the Amur railway, as well as to assess the social-economic consequences of that infrastructure megaproject for the development of Russia’s Far East. The third issue is based on the «Memoirs of the Amur Expedition Commissioned by Imperial Order» published in 18 issues in 1911–1914.
