The monograph studies the problems of synthesis of scientific and technological development forecasts, as well as forecasts of the socio-economic dynamics in a large economic region. The scenario method has been tested as part of the general methodology of foresight. The new concept of the region’s socio-economic development is substantiated. An analysis is made of scientific and technological trends in the Russian Far East, the national and global economy. Scenarios for spatial organization of the socio-economic environment in the Russian Far East are offered and substantiated. Problems in the field of international economic and technological cooperation are stated and options for their solutions are offered.
